There’s something especially meaningful about taking engagement photos at Notre Dame for a couple whose story has been shaped by campus life , and Allison and Nick’s session was full of that magic.
With graduation just around the corner and a wedding planned for 2027, these two wanted to document this season of life together in a place that already holds so many memories. We met on a beautiful spring morning as campus was waking up with soft light, fresh blooms, and that unmistakable peaceful Notre Dame atmosphere.
Spring was showing off in the best way during Allison and Nick’s session. Flowering trees framed the walkways, tulips lined the paths, and the entire campus felt bright and alive. The softer morning light made everything feel timeless and romantic.
We wandered through some of the most iconic spots for engagement photos at Notre Dame, including the Basilica, God Quad, and the Golden Dome. Every corner of campus gave us another perfect backdrop.
One of my favorite parts of the morning was stopping at the Grotto. It’s such a meaningful place on campus and brought a quieter, more reflective feeling to the session. Allison and Nick spent a few moments together there before we continued exploring campus.
Of course, no Notre Dame engagement session feels complete without photos near the Golden Dome. Between the historic architecture, spring greenery, and the excitement these two share for their future together, the entire session felt effortless. We also took a few graduation photos at the end of their session to commemorate their achievements, and it was so fun to help document that portion of their story too!
Allison and Nick were so natural together and clearly excited for everything ahead. What an honor to help document this part of their story and all the best wishes as they head into a beautiful future together.
