Whitney & Chris | West Fork Whiskey Engagement Session | Indianapolis Engagement Photography

Whenever I prep for engagement sessions, I always ask my couples what locations will be meaningful for them and it’s allowed me to photograph rad couples in really cool spots around Indianapolis!

Whitney and Chris wanted to meet at a local bar and they suggested West Fork Whiskey. Co in their tasting room. The staff there is super laid back and kind, the drinks are fantastic, and it made for the perfect spot for some unique engagement photos. If you haven’t been, check out this amazing spot in Indianapolis for some craft cocktails and house-made whiskey. Chris was rocking a tuxedo, and Whitney stunned in a satin gown from Retulled Boutique, with alterations done by Curvy Custom Bride. Her gorgeous makeup props go to Beauty Anywhere & Co.  Engagement session outfits can be formal or casual, but I have to say I *loved* the formal, stunning look these two brought.

We started off the session grabbing drinks, of course, and chatted about their planning, what tv shows we’re all watching right now, and relaxed a little before we started the session. (bonus points if we have drinks before your session, haha! ) Then we moved around to some of the gorgeous backdrops in and around West Fork Whiskey to snag a variety of looks, all of which went so well with their look for the day. Ending off their session, they had their sweet fur babe come out for a few shots, which always makes me smile so big.
