I met Adaeze and her husband at Coxhall Gardens on a lovely late summer evening, one of those gorgeous Indiana nights where the golden light is so perfect. They were expecting their baby girl, and I was so excited to get to meet them before their newborn session. She wore the most lovely pink lace maternity dress and brought a flower crown, which P.S. *anytime* you want to bring a flower crown to your session, know that I’m 100% for it.

We walked around the grounds of Coxhall Gardens, which offer such a great variety of backdrops for photos all in one spot. Indiana has so many amazing tucked away spots, and this gem is one of them. It was a time for relaxing maternity photos, where they could just be themselves and savor these sweet moments as they prepared to meet their daughter.
