Wedding at Biltwell in Indianapolis

Danielle and Jeff’s wedding at Biltwell in Indianapolis was so beautiful and so much fun. They had such an amazing group of friends, family and guests, and what a lovely wedding day it was.

Getting Ready Photos

Biltwell has some lovely getting ready suites, and Danielle got ready among her bridesmaids in matching satin pj sets. We used the gorgeous wooden doors of their venue space to get some fun shots before they all got dressed. Danielle got ready in a lovely second getting ready room against the exposed brick wall with some stunning images.

Jeff and the boys got ready on the first floor and enjoyed some beers together as he prepared to say I Do to Danielle later on.

Separate Wedding Party Photos

Since Danielle and Jeff chose to not see one another prior to the ceremony, we maximized their coverage with photos separately of Danielle with her bridesmaids. Then we photographed Jeff with his groomsmen, as well as the couple’s immediate family groupings separately.

A No See First Look

Danielle and Jeff chose to do a no-see first look for their wedding at Biltwell in Indianapolis. They chose to read letters to one another as well as share a beer together before the ceremony. It was such a special time to spend a few moments together before seeing one another in the aisle.

Indoor Ceremony for this wedding at Biltwell in Indianapolis

The larger floor area of Biltwell has such an incredible space for ceremonies and receptions. The gorgeous wooden chairs were arranged for guests, and the ceremony began against a lovely backdrop and windows overlooking downtown Indianapolis.

Danielle and Jeff had a beautiful and simple ceremony where they share their vows and first kiss surrounded by their friends and family.

Wedding Party and Family Photos

Heading outside for golden hour, we got some stunning images of the wedding party and the couple both in front of Biltwell and then on the gorgeous second floor deck. Meanwhile, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour on the first floor.

We finished the time with family photos of the couple and their family who had traveled in for the wedding, and then got details of the lovely reception being set up in the same room as the ceremony.

Dinner and Dancing at this wedding at Biltwell in Indianapolis

The entrances to the reception were so lively and fun, and the guests stood as Danielle and Jeff entered. With a gorgeous plated dinner by the catering staff, guests enjoyed dinner and music, as well as a slideshow. The couple shared a dance and cake, and there were toasts and parent dances. Danielle’s dad did his famous karaoke song, and the whole crowd went wild.

Dancing this night away, guests joined as the couple partied and enjoyed every bit of their amazing wedding reception.
