Hannah and Nolan had their wedding ceremony at Our Lady of Lourdes in Irvington, and their wedding reception at Industry in Indianapolis. It was a beautiful September day, and I loved everything about this wedding.
Hannah and her bridesmaids got ready at her and Nolan’s home
Beginning coverage at the home Hannah and Nolan share, I photographed her beautiful wedding details and some getting ready shots. Hannah wore a simple but stunning dress, with a plunging back. Her bridesmaids wore champagne-colored dresses with nude heels. Hannah’s beautiful blonde hair was styled down, and she made a most gorgeous bride.

The church they chose for their ceremony was the beautiful Our Lady of Lourdes in Irvington, the same neighborhood they call home. Nolan and his groomsmen got some getting ready shots before the ceremony in the back room of the church, since the couple chose not to do a first look.
Hannah and her dad did a first look in front of the church. I loved the sweet moment shared between them. When couples opt for no first look, there are some creative ways we can do photos before the ceremony. One of them is a first look with a parent or your attendants!

Hannah walked down the aisle of the church to Nolan. They shared an intentional ceremony surrounded by their friends and family. So many rich traditions took place for their ceremony! It was an honor to witness their vows and the liturgies of marriage.
They took a school bus for photos around downtown Indianapolis
Hannah and Nolan had the coolest party bus ever, a white school bus they used from a friend! We traveled to the War Memorial in Indianapolis, then Monument Circle for some stunning wedding party and couple photos. The white interior of the bus was such a dream to photograph. Some of my favorite images ever were in that bus!
Downtown Indianapolis made a great setting for wedding party and couple photos. Since they had an early ceremony, we were able to spend some quality time for photos. Then, they took the bus to party a bit while we headed to Industry for reception photos.
Industry is a perfect downtown Indianapolis wedding venue
I absolutely love shooting at Industry, and the space is so versatile for any wedding celebration. The long family style tables were decorated so beautifully with florals from Willow and Star Flowers and a dream to photograph. Having a pizza truck put together the best dinner buffet, the bar drinks flowed and the dancing and formalities commenced. This couple knew how to party and their guests did too! I have to say, their reception dancing photos were so much fun to photograph! Hannah changed into a stunning reception jumpsuit for the serious dancing, and it was such a great touch!
