Hannah and Danny had their wedding at Tinker House Events in Indianapolis on a beautiful June day, and I loved getting to be present for each moment! Since we didn’t do an engagement session, this was the first time I got to meet Hannah and Danny in person, and this couple was so amazing to work with.
Danny and his guys got ready downtown and had photos at Lucas Oil Stadium
I dropped Landon off to photograph Danny and his groomsmen at the hotel they were getting ready at along the Canal in Downtown Indianapolis. Catching a limo, they headed to Lucas Oil Stadium to get some shots together. Danny wanted to stop by the Peyton Manning statue, and their black tuxedos and sunglasses looked so sharp against the backdrop of the stadium.
Hannah and her bridesmaids got ready at the venue
Tinker House Events is located on the Monon and 16th street, right above Provider Coffee. Hannah and her bridesmaids got ready on site, with mimosas and a beautiful getting ready room. Hannah wore her hair in a bo-ho braid with a bejeweled headband, and her bridesmaids stunned in simple black strappy gowns. Hannah’s dress was full of sparkles that matches her eye shadow, and lacy details all over the thin-strapped wedding gown.
It’s peony season, and P&D Flower Farm put together a stunning bridal bouquet that included fragrant peonies and a mixture of white and green stems.
The Venue offers an industrial chic feel for weddings
Tinker House Events is an industrial wedding venue in Indianapolis boasting exposed brick, hardwood floors, a custom-designed bar, and has potential for a variety of wedding layouts. During the ceremony, guests witnessed the wedding party in front of the windows and backdrop the couple designed. Cocktail hour took place downstairs at Provider Coffee and the adjacent patio while we took couple and wedding party photos nearby. The ceremony room was flipped during cocktails into a comfortably laid out design. Nameless Catering Co. brought in a delicious pasta bar and salad options, and Long’s donuts and A Piece of Cake provided delicious desserts.
Couple and Wedding Party Photos had a mix of brick and greenery
We took the couple and wedding party for photos with some exposed brick backdrops and then shot along the Monon for some stunning sun-touched grassy areas. For golden hour, we walked to a nearby open field to chase the light, and finished their photos in front of the Tinker House Events sign to finish out their couple shots.
Dancing and the Shoe Game kept the party going
Track 7 DJ, Dominique, kept the party going with awesome dancing songs and a shoe game for the couple, the drinks were flowing and the guests had so much fun celebrating Hannah and Danny. This couple was amazing and their wedding at Tinker House Events in Indianapolis was so perfect!
Hannah and Danny: I wish you so much joy as you start this part of your story together! You are amazing and I’m so grateful to have gotten to work with you!
